Université du Québec en Outaouais, shortly termed as UQO, is a public university located in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. It is a branch of Université du Québec network. It was founded in 1981 under the government of René Lévesque. From the previous name, Université du Québec à Hull (UQAH), its name was changed to Université du Québec en Outaouais in 2002 after Quebec's Outaouais region.

With granted degrees to more than 30,000 graduates in the past 25 years, the university has now become one of the major contributors of the qualified personnel in the region.

UTO campuses are:
